For reasons other than functional issues, customers are responsible for sending appliances back to the store by themselves, After the goods are received, the payment will be refunded according to the customer's payment method (if the customer needs the merchant to pick up the returned goods at home, additional shipping fees will be charged). We offer delivery and installation for a fee. Delivery cost is calculated based on the distance from our store to your house, stairs, etc. We deliver up to 20 miles from our store. We do delivery every Wednesday.
